We will reply via Mail or SMS with your compliant reference no. Then we will reach end user destination within 72 hours in south India, within 5 working days in rest of south India. At the time our service engineer visited in end user place. Suppose door will lock or any other reason for end user not available, company will not responsibility. This is only for onsite warranty product. Other then onsite warranty product, end user will send the goods to our service centre. Our Service team will receive your products; they will do service minimum 7 working days from the date of receiving the goods and send back to end user.
